Returns

All Sales are Final. No Returns Allowed.

Exchanges

You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item by emailing us of your request. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. All exchanges must be returned within 7 business days. We will not accept any exchanges past the 7 business day mark.

We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

 Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions or due to a sizing issue. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, smoke smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.

 ***Non-returnable merchandise include: adult novelties, bedroom fun, accessories, and sale items.

If the item needing to be exchanged is no longer in stock or unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a discount credit code sent via email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped USPS standard shipping. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order which includes processing and shipping times. The cost of shipping varies and is calculated at the time of checkout.

 

Tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number. The tracking number is provided after your order is processed. You will receive the tracking number via email.

 

Preorder Items

Preordered items are items that are not currently on stock and may be on there way to our location or are items that we have not yet released.  If you would like to purchase an item that indicates it is a preordered item you may do so and when the item comes in you will be notified. This allows you to be one of the first to receive the item before other customers.  On preordered items please allow 10-15 days for the item (s) to be shipped to you.

 

Store Credit

If you have been provided a discount credit from an exchange you will need to enter the code at checkout in the "discount code" field.
