Exchanges
You are allowed 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item by emailing us of your request. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. All exchanges must be returned within 7 business days. We will not accept any exchanges past the 7 business day mark.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions or due to a sizing issue. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping
Orders are shipped USPS standard shipping. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order which includes processing and shipping times. The cost of shipping varies and is calculated at the time of checkout.
Tracking

Preorder Items
Preordered items are items that are not currently on stock and may be on there way to our location or are items that we have not yet released.
